the welcome was very warm, and the reception team was wonderful. the room had a very clean bed. the location proves perfect for train trips from the central station. the late check-out time at 12 pm suited me.

The bathroom was very tiny and I could hear the person in the next room talking. I got very little sleep because of noises from next door.

the hotel is in a good location not far from the main train station..
The rooms looked nothing like the pictures online, i paid extra for a renovated room, but it was the tiniest outdated room ever. there was no room for suitcases, i had to keep them in the bathroom. to make matters worse, there were issues with the payment process. My card was pre-authorized multiple times, resulting in several pending transactions. then, a surprise charge was after i checked out, despite assurances they'd use a pre-authorized hold. the staff apologized, claiming it was a glitch, but i'm still waiting for the holds to be released..

The staff was amicable and always willing to assist with requests. The rooms has modern design. I did admire the fitness center, it feature latest equipment. I found breakfast offers a diverse selection, so many option are here.
The air conditioning system needs improvement. The room remain warm despite adjustments.

My beautiful room has a comfortable queen bed and a mini-fridge. There is a work desk and ample lighting. The bathroom feature a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries are here, so i feel comfy.

The hotel is close to the main train station. It makes arrival and departure simple. There are several restaurants and shops nearby. I did notice a taxi stand is directly outside the hotel.

The location is good, especially if you arrive by train because it is near the train station.
The room I got was far too small. The bathroom felt tiny, a real squeeze. I heard every word from the next room, and this constant noise meant I didn't get much sleep. I would not return.

I chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the Central Station. I also found many nice restaurants nearby. The hotel had very clean and modern facilities. I appreciated the quieter neighborhood location after visiting the city center.
I noticed the air conditioning was not turned on despite warm weather.
